海關總署最新發布數據顯示，4月我國進出口再現負增長。對此，商務部新聞發言人孫繼文9日表示，今年以來，我國外貿形勢更加復雜嚴峻，下行壓力大。預計下半年形勢好于上半年，全年外貿有望呈前低后高走勢。

4月份，我國進出口總值1.96萬億元，下降10.9%。其中，出口1.08萬億元，下降6.2%；進口8739億元，下降16.1%；貿易順差2102.1億元，擴大85.2%。

繼3月之后，4月進出口再次出現雙降，業內普遍認為，外需不振和人民幣實際有效匯率走高是導致出口疲軟的主要原因，而進口商品價格同比大幅下降導致了進口延續負增長。

進口延續6個月負增長，主要進口商品價格同比大幅下降依然是主因。孫繼文指出，前四個月，我國原油等8類大宗商品進口量增價跌，拉低進口增速9.8個百分點。
