海關(guān)總署最新發(fā)布數(shù)據(jù)顯示，4月我國(guó)進(jìn)出口再現(xiàn)負(fù)增長(zhǎng)。對(duì)此，商務(wù)部新聞發(fā)言人孫繼文9日表示，今年以來(lái)，我國(guó)外貿(mào)形勢(shì)更加復(fù)雜嚴(yán)峻，下行壓力大。預(yù)計(jì)下半年形勢(shì)好于上半年，全年外貿(mào)有望呈前低后高走勢(shì)。

4月份，我國(guó)進(jìn)出口總值1.96萬(wàn)億元，下降10.9%。其中，出口1.08萬(wàn)億元，下降6.2%；進(jìn)口8739億元，下降16.1%；貿(mào)易順差2102.1億元，擴(kuò)大85.2%。

繼3月之后，4月進(jìn)出口再次出現(xiàn)雙降，業(yè)內(nèi)普遍認(rèn)為，外需不振和人民幣實(shí)際有效匯率走高是導(dǎo)致出口疲軟的主要原因，而進(jìn)口商品價(jià)格同比大幅下降導(dǎo)致了進(jìn)口延續(xù)負(fù)增長(zhǎng)。

進(jìn)口延續(xù)6個(gè)月負(fù)增長(zhǎng)，主要進(jìn)口商品價(jià)格同比大幅下降依然是主因。孫繼文指出，前四個(gè)月，我國(guó)原油等8類(lèi)大宗商品進(jìn)口量增價(jià)跌，拉低進(jìn)口增速9.8個(gè)百分點(diǎn)。

In April, imports and exports went down again, the industry generally believes that weak external demand and higher real effective exchange rate is the main cause of weakness in exports, while sharply cut in commodity prices led to a continuation of the negative growth in imports.

imports continuously went down for six months due to the sharp cut in imported goods. Sun Jiwen pointed out that in the first four months, China's crude oil and other commodities importing volume increased, but importing value deceased, which made importing growth dro by 8%.
