據新華社電，近期，深圳查獲超6000噸、貨值達3.45億元特大走私凍肉案，部分樣品檢出瘦肉精超標。
近日，深圳市市場稽查局在位于龍崗區平湖街道新南村新山路1號的深圳市嘉鳴倉儲有限公司，查獲涉嫌走私的問題凍肉6117噸。這批凍肉包括市面上常見的牛肉、豬肉、雞肉等凍肉種類，主要產地為美國、巴西、芬蘭、德國等國家。檢測發現，這批走私凍肉不少因超過保質期而腐敗變質，部分凍肉甚至2013年就過了保質期。
走私凍肉問題為何如此公開猖獗？業內人士表示，主要是我國肉類存在不小缺口、同時與國外價格差距大，令一些不法分子鋌而走險。
深圳公安部門一位工作人員介紹，“國內走私的牛肉主要來自巴西、印度、美國等地。國內牛肉每公斤售價達50元甚至更高，而巴西的走私牛肉售價在每公斤25元左右，走私1噸便可獲利2至3萬元”。
業內人士介紹，目前，國內走私的凍肉多由中國香港、越南等地入境，與中國香港、越南鄰近的廣西、廣東均成為走私凍肉“重災區”。
專家表示，走私凍肉多為簡單包裝入境。沒有經過正常報關、檢驗檢疫的“三無肉”或“三無海鮮”，存在嚴重食品安全隱患。打擊走私凍肉銷售，應建立食品安全和質量可追溯體系及制度。（中國進出口網）

A staff from Shenzhen Public Security Bureau said, the smuggling frozen beef was mainly from Brazil, India and the United States. Domestic beef price is 50 yuan per kilogram or more, while the price of Brazilian smuggling beef was about 25 yuan per kilogram, for each tonne, 20,000-30,000 yuan can be gained from the smuggling beef. "
Industry insiders said, at present, the domestic smuggling frozen meat is mainly from Hong Kong and Vietnam, due to neighboring Hong Kong and Vietnam, Guangxi and Guangdong have become the worst-hit area of smuggling frozen meat.
Experts said the smuggling frozen meat was always inbounded in a simple package, without the normal customs, inspection and quarantine, with serious food security problems. To crack down on smuggling meat sales, the government should establish the system for food safety and quality traceability.
