
據(jù)新華社電,近期,深圳查獲超6000噸、貨值達(dá)3.45億元特大走私凍肉案,部分樣品檢出瘦肉精超標(biāo)。
近日,深圳市市場(chǎng)稽查局在位于龍崗區(qū)平湖街道新南村新山路1號(hào)的深圳市嘉鳴倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)有限公司,查獲涉嫌走私的問(wèn)題凍肉6117噸。這批凍肉包括市面上常見(jiàn)的牛肉、豬肉、雞肉等凍肉種類(lèi),主要產(chǎn)地為美國(guó)、巴西、芬蘭、德國(guó)等國(guó)家。檢測(cè)發(fā)現(xiàn),這批走私凍肉不少因超過(guò)保質(zhì)期而腐敗變質(zhì),部分凍肉甚至2013年就過(guò)了保質(zhì)期。
走私凍肉問(wèn)題為何如此公開(kāi)猖獗?業(yè)內(nèi)人士表示,主要是我國(guó)肉類(lèi)存在不小缺口、同時(shí)與國(guó)外價(jià)格差距大,令一些不法分子鋌而走險(xiǎn)。
深圳公安部門(mén)一位工作人員介紹,“國(guó)內(nèi)走私的牛肉主要來(lái)自巴西、印度、美國(guó)等地。國(guó)內(nèi)牛肉每公斤售價(jià)達(dá)50元甚至更高,而巴西的走私牛肉售價(jià)在每公斤25元左右,走私1噸便可獲利2至3萬(wàn)元”。
業(yè)內(nèi)人士介紹,目前,國(guó)內(nèi)走私的凍肉多由中國(guó)香港、越南等地入境,與中國(guó)香港、越南鄰近的廣西、廣東均成為走私凍肉“重災(zāi)區(qū)”。
專(zhuān)家表示,走私凍肉多為簡(jiǎn)單包裝入境。沒(méi)有經(jīng)過(guò)正常報(bào)關(guān)、檢驗(yàn)檢疫的“三無(wú)肉”或“三無(wú)海鮮”,存在嚴(yán)重食品安全隱患。打擊走私凍肉銷(xiāo)售,應(yīng)建立食品安全和質(zhì)量可追溯體系及制度。(中國(guó)進(jìn)出口網(wǎng))

Why smuggling frozen meat problem so publicly? Insiders said that the main reason was the great domestic demand and the big price difference between foreign prices and domestic prices.
A staff from Shenzhen Public Security Bureau said, the smuggling frozen beef was mainly from Brazil, India and the United States. Domestic beef price is 50 yuan per kilogram or more, while the price of Brazilian smuggling beef was about 25 yuan per kilogram, for each tonne, 20,000-30,000 yuan can be gained from the smuggling beef. "
Industry insiders said, at present, the domestic smuggling frozen meat is mainly from Hong Kong and Vietnam, due to neighboring Hong Kong and Vietnam, Guangxi and Guangdong have become the worst-hit area of smuggling frozen meat.
Experts said the smuggling frozen meat was always inbounded in a simple package, without the normal customs, inspection and quarantine, with serious food security problems. To crack down on smuggling meat sales, the government should establish the system for food safety and quality traceability.
