國內汽車產業的迅猛發展不僅帶來了我國汽車保有量的快速攀升,也推高了國內對汽車零配件的需求。據海關信息網(www.haiguan.info)統計,2014年上半年我國進口汽車零配件151.62億美元,較去年同期增長15.22%。
今年上半年我國汽車零配件進口呈現如下特點:
(一)單月進口額保持持續增長態勢。
(二)一般貿易絕對主導進口,加工貿易與海關特殊監管區域進口增長逾三成。
(三)歐盟為主要進口來源地,自墨西哥進口激增。
(四)外商投資企業進口一枝獨秀,民營企業進口增長飛快。
(五)吉林進口領跑全國,上海、北京位居第二、第三。
核心零配件技術的缺失是導致我國汽車零配件進口額持續穩定增長的根本原因,而近期發生在江蘇昆山的汽車輪轂拋光車間爆炸事件也間接折射出由于核心技術缺失所帶來的國內零配件生產企業的“邊緣化”困境:外商投資企業對中國汽車零部件市場的壟斷。要想打破這種壟斷,國內自主零配件生產企業必須盡快掌握核心零配件的制造技術,積極與整車廠商建立零配件供應鏈體系:
一是企業須加大對汽車零配件自主研發的投資力度。
二是自主整車企業須加強與本土零配件生產企業的合作,盡快建立自有供應鏈。(中國進出口網整理翻譯)

First, companies need to increase investment in independent research and development of automotive parts.
Second, the independent car companies need to strengthen cooperation with local parts production enterprises and establish its own supply chain as quickly as possible.
