《全球競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力報(bào)告》排名是以“全球競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力指數(shù)”為基礎(chǔ)，涵蓋被考量經(jīng)濟(jì)體的宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)定性、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)、醫(yī)療水平、教育情況、商品和勞動(dòng)市場(chǎng)效率、金融市場(chǎng)成熟性等。
在這份報(bào)告中，排名前10位的國(guó)家較之往年變化不大。瑞士以高效、創(chuàng)新以及宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)穩(wěn)定性等方面的突出優(yōu)勢(shì)拔得頭籌。但路透社指出，瑞士的勞動(dòng)市場(chǎng)今年遇到困難，企業(yè)單位和研究機(jī)構(gòu)難以招聘到合格人才，這已威脅到該國(guó)的創(chuàng)新能力優(yōu)勢(shì)。
該報(bào)告分析稱，中國(guó)在“金磚五國(guó)”中繼續(xù)保持領(lǐng)先，在政府效率、高等教育和培訓(xùn)、企業(yè)成熟度、市場(chǎng)功能、創(chuàng)新等多個(gè)方面均有所改善。此外，中國(guó)的宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)環(huán)境較為穩(wěn)定，通貨膨脹率被有效控制。中國(guó)已不再是一個(gè)以勞動(dòng)密集型企業(yè)為主的“廉價(jià)勞工原產(chǎn)地”，有必要?jiǎng)?chuàng)造更多高價(jià)值的工作崗位。

Headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland, the World Economic Forum released a 2014-2015 "Global Competitiveness Report" on September 3. In this report, top 10 has little change compared with that in previous years. Resorting to efficiency, innovation and macroeconomic stability, Switzerland comes first. However, Reuters noted, this year the Swiss labor market has difficulties-enterprises and research institutions is difficult to recruit qualified personnel, which is a threat to the country's ability to innovate.
This report analyzes China continues to stay ahead in the "BRICS". Government efficiency, education and training, business maturity, market functions and innovation have been improved.
