根據(jù)彭博社6月3日報道稱，據(jù)馬來西亞農(nóng)業(yè)部表示，近日中國已經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)進(jìn)口馬來西亞的冷凍全榴蓮。而在此前，馬來西亞只對華出口了一些榴蓮果肉和果泥。如今整個冷凍榴蓮的出口將會進(jìn)一步為該國農(nóng)民擴(kuò)大市場，并增加他們的收入。
據(jù)悉，在過去近十年里，中國進(jìn)口的鮮榴蓮貨值年均增長約26%，每年大約需要進(jìn)口30萬公頃的榴蓮。而馬來西亞每年約生產(chǎn)30噸的榴蓮，其中質(zhì)量上乘的貓山王占了總量23%。但馬來西亞每年僅向中國運(yùn)送17000噸的榴蓮，只占到其年產(chǎn)量的5.8%。
而在去年8月，中馬正式簽署了冷凍榴蓮整果的出口協(xié)議，預(yù)計(jì)在2019年底，其占比將會從5.8%飆升至三位數(shù)。據(jù)分析師分析，雖然中國向馬來西亞榴蓮表現(xiàn)出了巨大的需求，但價格不會因此推高，因?yàn)樵S多農(nóng)民已經(jīng)種植榴蓮，產(chǎn)量可能會增加。此外，馬來西亞還希望能擴(kuò)大榴蓮產(chǎn)品的形式，比如冰淇淋和餅干，旨在吸引更多中國消費(fèi)者的關(guān)心。
在馬來西亞榴蓮銷量因中國的準(zhǔn)入而大舉推動之際，另一個東南亞國家卻“笑不出來”了，那就是泰國。在過去，泰國是中國榴蓮的主要來源地。2018年，泰國出口了近51.9萬噸的榴蓮，其中60%都賣到了中國。但在進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品的檢驗(yàn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)被提高之后，泰國出口水果的難度便加大了。再加上馬來西亞如今對中國市場“蓄勢待發(fā)”，想必泰國未來的出口情況也將更困難。
話又說回來，2018年中馬雙方貿(mào)易額達(dá)到777.8億美元，中國依舊是馬來西亞最重要的貿(mào)易合作伙伴，還投資了不少基建項(xiàng)目。在這樣的基礎(chǔ)上，大馬希望繼續(xù)擴(kuò)大對華的出口也不足為奇。
