中國商務部19日發布的新聞稿顯示，商務部部長高虎城日前表示，希望英國在歐盟內部繼續發揮積極作用，推動高技術產品對華出口。

當日的新聞稿顯示，高虎城是在日前接受官方媒體采訪時作出上述表態的。中國國家主席習近平19日啟程訪問英國，高虎城指出，這是近10年來中國國家主席首次對英進行國事訪問，對中英關系發展“具有里程碑意義”。

“希望兩國在全球經濟格局深刻變革的今天攜手合作，共同打造中英經貿關系的‘黃金時代’。”高虎城說。

高虎城指出，英國是最早實現工業化的發達國家，中國是最大的發展中國家，雙方“經濟互補性強，合作理念契合，合作潛力巨大”。

他說，當前中國正在制訂“十三五”時期經濟社會發展規劃，著力實行新一輪高水平對外開放，加快建立開放型經濟新體制；英國一貫奉行自由貿易政策，市場開放度高，著力推動經濟持續增長。中國提出的“一帶一路”倡議，英國以創始成員國身份申請加入的亞投行和英格蘭“北部振興計劃”將為兩國企業提供更多的合作機遇。

高虎城說，為了抓住這一歷史機遇，進一步推動雙邊經貿關系發展，實現兩國企業優勢互補、合作共贏，雙方可在以下領域加強合作：

一、充分挖掘兩國貿易潛力。推動中國高附加值產品對英出口，發揮英國在高端制造、高新技術和研發等領域的優勢，尋找雙邊貨物貿易新增長點。同時，進一步促進科技創新、電子商務、金融法律服務、醫療衛生、創意產業等服務貿易領域合作，實現貨物貿易與服務貿易比翼齊飛。

     二、深化投資和大項目合作。“一帶一路”倡議和亞投行的建立將進一步促進兩國企業在基礎設施領域的合作。雙方可以高鐵、核電項目合作為切入點，加大生命科學、衛星應用、新能源、新能源汽車和信息 技術等新興產業合作，著力打造一批標志性、示范性大項目，推動雙向投資合作的深入發展。

三、加強兩國地方合作和第三方市場合作。兩國政府應建立地方合作長效機制，探討中英企業合作參與英格蘭“北部振興計劃”。同時，充分利用中方在裝備制造和資金方面，以及英方在技術創新、管理經驗和金融服務方面的優勢，推動兩國企業聯手拓展在第三方市場的合作，打造兩國經貿合作的新空間。

     四、營造良好貿易投資環境。希望英國在歐盟內部繼續發揮積極作用，推動高技術產品對華出口、中歐投資協定早日達成、盡早開展中歐自貿區聯合可行性研究，實現兩國貿易和投資合作的可持續發展。（中國進出口網）

We should promote Chinese exports of high value-added products to Britain, United Kingdom has advantage in high-end manufacturing, high-tech and R & D areas, we’re looking for new growth points of bilateral trade in goods. At the same time, we should further promote technological innovation, e-commerce trade in services, financial legal services, health care, creative industries and other cooperation.

Second, tp deepen cooperation in investment and large projects.
