Tasting Notes
A blend of Touriga Nacional, Aragonez (Tempranillo), Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Trincadeira, aged 12 months in new French barrels, this inky wine entices with aromas of cedar and vanilla, subtle berry fruit and notes of sweet spice and herbs. Dry, full bodied, it’s vibrant on the attack and fresh textured. Lively concentrated sweet spice-infused fruit is framed by slightly drying tannins. This is a well crafted wine that finishes with lingering warm notes of vanilla and cedar. Enjoy with roast meats.
